By driving
- National Highway No. 1 → Turn to Expressway 88 → Go to National Highway No. 3 → Exit at Pingdong Nanzhou Interchange and turn left → Take Provincial Highway No. 1 → Go through Fenggang → Provincial Highway No. 26 → Hengchun → Kentington (towards Manjhou).

By public transportation
- Taiwan High-speed Rail：
Take Taiwan High-speed Rail to Zuoying Station, go to Kenting Express counter from Exit 2 for tickets and go to bus platform No. 2. Take Kenting Express bus and alight at Hengchun Station [Bus No.: 9189, Taiwan High-speed Railway Zuoying Station-Hengchun Bus Station]. We offer free pre-scheduled shuttle bus to pick up and drop off our guests. - Domestic flight：
From Kaohsiung Xiaogang Airport, go through Arrival Hall to Kenting Express counter in the airport for tickets. Take high-speed bus to Kenting and alight at Hengchun Station [Bus No.: 9117B, Xiaogang Airport-Hengchun Bus Station]. We offer free pre-scheduled shuttle bus to pick up and drop off our guests. - By train and bus：
From Kaohsiung Railway Main Station, go to the passenger terminal (Kaohsiung Bus or Kuo-Kuang Motor Transport) for bus tickets. Take express bus to Kenting and alight at Hengchun Station [Bus No.: 9188, Zuoying (Kaohsiung) - Hengchun Bus Station]. We offer free pre-scheduled shuttle bus to pick up and drop off our guests.

Booking
- Please call：08-8802353 ext. 5003、5009、5019.
- Please make a phone reservation for shuttle bus service at least one day before check-in. Same-day reservations will not be accepted.
- The free shuttle bus service is valid from the day guests check in to the day they check out.
- The maximum capacity of each ride is 20 persons. No reservations will be accepted if the capacity is exceeded.
- If due to force majeure, we will adjust the shuttle bus schedule without further notice.
Free shuttle bus：Kentington <-> Hengchun
- Meeting point：Hengchun Bus Station (next to Hengchun Police Station).
- The free shuttle bus service is valid from the day guests check in to the day they check out.
Paid shuttle bus：Kentington <-> National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium.
- Meeting point：” National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium ticket booth” bus stop.
- One-way NT.200 per person, roundtrip NT.400 per person.
